If an accepted order is affected by a price error, we will negotiate a solution with the customer, such as providing the product at the correct price or canceling the order and providing reasonable compensation.
2.3 Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes as required by French law. Clearly state the calculation method and basis of taxes to ensure that customers are aware of the final price composition of the products.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will conduct necessary verification of the information provided by customers to ensure its authenticity and accuracy.
3.2 We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted to ensure security, in line with relevant standards for payment security in France and the European Union.
3.3 Once the payment is successfully processed, the order is confirmed. We will promptly notify customers of the order status after confirmation and provide relevant information such as the estimated delivery time.
For French and EU Customers:
According to the French Consumer Code and relevant EU directives, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods without the need to provide a reason. We will refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be made through the original payment method, unless you explicitly agree to another refund method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 The shipping policy is detailed in our Shipping Policy available on our website. Clearly state the shipping methods, the calculation method of shipping fees, and the range of shipping times for different regions.
4.2 The delivery time is an estimated time and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as force majeure or issues with the shipping company. In case of a delay, we will communicate with the customer in a timely manner and assist the customer in following up on the shipping progress.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If the goods cannot be delivered or are delivered late due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear the corresponding liability. However, we will do our best to assist the customer in solving the problem, such as negotiating with the shipping company for redelivery.
Customs and Import Duties:
For international shipments, including those to France and the EU, customers are responsible for handling customs clearance procedures and bearing any applicable duties, taxes, and other related fees. We will provide customers with prompts and relevant information about possible customs fees before they place an order to help them budget.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning or exchanging items.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Clearly define the standards for the intact condition of the items, such as whether the labels, tags, etc. of the items are complete and whether there are stains or damages on the items.
Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide customers with the return address and relevant return instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
For French and EU Customers:
According to the French Consumer Code and relevant EU directives, if the item is returned within 14 calendar days, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. We will process the refund or exchange application within a reasonable time (no more than 14 calendar days) after receiving the returned item and notify the customer of the processing result in a timely manner.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We strive to ensure that our website and products meet your expectations. However, we shall not be liable for the following:
- Indirect or consequential losses. Clearly define the scope of indirect or consequential losses, such as business interruption losses or profit losses caused by product problems.
